New Mexico

  1. Philmont Scout Ranch: In 1968, future curator Ron Hartman collected 1,290 specimens from this 210 square mile area in the southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains of northern New Mexico. Over 760 taxa were documented including 14 New Mexico records and Eriogonum aliquantum new to science! In 1991, an additional 500 specimens were collected by Bruce Embury. Go to Top.
